TL;DR: Wedding vendors are navigating clear pressure points: newer vendors struggle most with pricing, while burnout is hitting long-time pros hardest. What is working is surprisingly consistent across categories: strong client experience, better systems, faster communication, and a more transparent, education-first approach with couples. Vendors also want practical support most in marketing, pricing, collaboration, and operations, especially as Gen Z expectations shift and the middle market feels harder to serve.
