Below we've answered every question vendors ask us most often: what it costs, what's included at each tier, how leads and perks work, and how to join.

What is the Little Black Book?

The Little Black Book is an additional marketing funnel designed to promote your business to luxury couples and vendors. As a member, you'll enjoy exclusive benefits to grow your business and connect with engaged couples, including social perks (Instagram Stories, Instagram Grid, collaboration opportunities, and more), Pinterest access, priority on submissions, and warm leads.

How much does it cost?

Plans range from $1,000/year to $5,000/year, each with a different mix of perks. You can pay monthly or annually, and choosing annual billing includes a 2-month free discount.

Is the Little Black Book invite-only?

The Little Black Book does have a selection process. Our committee reviews vendors based on quality of work, professionalism, and fit with our community. Being accepted is a recognition of your talent and reputation. If you've received an invitation, it means we've looked at your work and believe you'd be an incredible addition to the program.

Membership Tiers at a Glance

The Little Black Book offers four membership tiers. Pro is our featured plan, and additional plans are available to fit each vendor's goals and budget.

Each tier comes with a fully-outfitted Profile on the website and in the Vendor Directory which includes an About section, services, unlimited videos/galleries, links to all of your socials and your website, and testimonials.

Plus ($1,000/year): 1 Instagram Story, 2 locations, priority support, unlimited Quick Submits
Pro, featured ($1,500/year): 2 Instagram Stories, 3 locations, Pinterest access, unlimited Quick Submits, priority support
Premier ($3,000/year): 3 Instagram Stories plus 2 Grid posts, 4 locations, Pinterest access, priority support
Elite ($5,000/year): 5 Instagram Stories plus 3 Grid posts, 5 locations, Pinterest access, Destination Listing included, 1 guaranteed accepted publication per year, priority support

What is the Leads Portal?

The Leads Portal is your real-time dashboard for tracking inquiries. Right now, the portal shows your WeJustGotEngaged (Style Me Pretty subbrand) leads. You'll see the data as it happens, so you can follow up quickly and convert more leads into bookings.

What is the Pink Check Mark?

The Pink Check Mark is our verification badge, exclusive to Little Black Book members. It signals to engaged couples that you're a trusted, vetted Style Me Pretty vendor. Think of it as an instant credibility boost: couples see it and know they can trust you, which makes it easier for them to choose you over vendors without that verification.

What is Quick Submit?

A Quick Submit means you submit a full gallery link upfront. Once our Editorial Team reviews it, if they choose to accept it, you go back into the submission and fill in the required details like vendor credits, photos, and written prompts. It's a big time saver, since a Quick Submit takes 5 minutes or less, and if it's accepted, you know any time you spend finishing it will result in a published feature. Little Black Book members get unlimited Quick Submits.

What is the Pinterest Group Board?

The Pinterest Perk is included in our Pro, Premier, and Elite plans, and it's one of our most popular and in-demand offerings. Pinterest is the top-performing platform for couples in the planning process, and its influence keeps growing. With this perk, you'll be added to a group board on Style Me Pretty's Pinterest page, which has over 6.5 million followers. Once you're on the board, you can pin up to 10 times a day, sharing content from your website or social media that links back to your platforms. Many Little Black Book vendors have seen their website traffic and inquiries triple after using this perk, and we've seen pins on the Little Black Book board reach close to 100 million impressions on average.

What is Pretty Perspectives, and how do I get featured?

Pretty Perspectives is our editorial series spotlighting Little Black Book vendors with in-depth profiles, industry insights, and thought leadership pieces published to our newsletter and social audience. We reach out to members to be interviewed when we think the timing is right. Let us know if you're interested and we'll keep you in mind. It's an incredible opportunity to position yourself as a thought leader and get your name in front of thousands of engaged couples and wedding pros.

Is the Little Black Book worth the investment?

We completely understand, it's a meaningful investment. How many leads will I get?

The number of leads varies depending on your category, location, and how optimized your profile is. What we can tell you is that couples are actively searching our vendor guide every single day, and Little Black Book members get premium placement plus the Leads Portal to track everything in real time. Many members report that Style Me Pretty leads are higher quality, because couples who find them here already trust the recommendation.

I'm too busy to market myself. Is this going to be a lot of work?

Submissions & Editorial

How do submissions work?

We have a full list of submission questions and requirements on the Style Me Pretty website; here's the link. Little Black Book members get priority on submissions plus unlimited Quick Submits, which streamlines the whole process.

Locations & Add-Ons

Can I be listed in multiple locations?

Each plan includes a set number of locations, which determines how and where you appear in the Vendor Directory and search results. You can be as specific or as broad as you'd like. Choosing your locations strategically is a great way to boost your portfolio's visibility, whether you want to focus on a single city or expand across a state, region, or country. It's a flexible way to tailor your online presence to the markets and clients you most want to attract.

What is a Destination Location Listing?

A Destination Location Listing is included with our Elite plan, or available as a $500 add-on for any other plan. With this upgrade, your listing appears in every search across the site and Vendor Directory, giving your work the broadest possible reach.

The Referral Program

Is there a referral program?

Yes! Here's how it works:

Share your unique referral link with other vendors.
First-time vendors get 10% off their first year when they join through your link.
You earn a $100 credit for every Little Black Book referral.
Credits apply to your Little Black Book renewal or perk purchases like Location and Destination listings.

How do I receive my referral credit?

Your $100 credit applies automatically to your next renewal or future perk purchase. No extra steps needed; it just shows up when your billing comes around.

A vendor referred me. How do I get my discount?

Just use the referral link your fellow vendor shared when you sign up, and the 10% off your first-year membership will apply automatically. Please note that the $99 Vendor Profile Subscription isn't eligible for the referral discount.

Does the referral discount apply to Vendor Profile sign-ups?

The $99 Vendor Profile Subscription isn't eligible for the 10% referral discount or for a referral bonus. The referral program is specifically for Little Black Book Memberships.

Billing, Cancellation & Changes

Will my membership auto-renew?

Yes, all memberships auto-renew, and auto-renew can't be turned off. You'll receive renewal reminder emails before your renewal date, so you're always aware of what's coming.

How do I cancel?

You can email us, or find this option in your Vendor Dashboard under Membership. Here's the policy:

Within 10 days of creation or renewal: Full refund, canceled immediately.
Older than 10 days (yearly): Membership stays active until the end of your current term. Auto-renew is turned off, and you won't be charged again.
Monthly: No refunds for the current period. Your membership stays active through the end of the billing period and won't auto-renew.

Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to process.

Can I get a refund?

If your membership was created or renewed within the last 10 days, absolutely, we'll refund you in full. After 10 days on a yearly plan, we can't issue a refund, but you keep full access through the end of your term and auto-renew is turned off. Monthly plans aren't eligible for refunds, but you won't be charged again.

I was charged but I thought I canceled. What happened?

We're sorry for the confusion! It's possible your cancellation was requested after the auto-renewal date. Reach out to us and we'll review the timeline and make it right.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Absolutely, just let us know and we'll send it over. Many of our members expense their membership as a business marketing investment.

Joining, Upgrading & Downgrading

Can I upgrade to the Little Black Book?

We'd love to chat with you about it! If you're interested in upgrading from a Vendor Profile, reach out to our Little Black Book inbox or to Nora directly (nora@stylemepretty.com), and we'll walk you through the options.

What's the difference between a Vendor Profile and the Little Black Book?

The Vendor Profile is our open-to-all subscription that gets you a profile on Style Me Pretty and within our Vendor Directory, one location, one gallery, and 3 Quick Submits. The Little Black Book is an additional marketing funnel designed to promote your business to luxury couples and vendors, with exclusive benefits like social perks, Pinterest access, priority on submissions, and warm leads.

Can I downgrade from the Little Black Book to a Vendor Profile?

Yes, and we prorate. This one is best handled by Nora directly, since there's a specific process for working through it. Just reach out and we'll walk you through it.

If I downgrade, what do I lose?

You won't have any of the perks that come with the Little Black Book Membership.

International Vendors

I'm an international vendor. Can I join?

Yes! We have Little Black Book members from all over the world. Our vendor directory serves couples planning weddings globally, and the Destination Location Listing add-on lets you showcase the specific international markets you serve. We'd love to have you.
