What is a Vendor Profile on Style Me Pretty?
The Vendor Profile is your dedicated listing on Style Me Pretty, and it's how engaged couples find you when they're searching the Vendor Directory and our website. The subscription includes a portfolio page, one gallery of up to 100 images, one location, a client testimonials section, your contact information, and a backlink to your website and social platforms. Need more room? You can always purchase additional galleries or locations.
How much does it cost?
A Vendor Profile Subscription is $99/year. It's a yearly subscription only; we don't offer monthly billing for it.

- A portfolio page with one gallery of up to 100 images, plus video, to showcase your best work
- One location included (additional locations available to purchase)

- A backlink to your website and social platforms for SEO value and direct traffic
- 3 Quick Submits per year for editorial consideration
Will couples be able to contact me directly?
Yes. Your contact information lives right on your profile, so couples reach out to you directly. There's no bidding system here. When a couple finds you and loves your work, they contact you, and only you.
Can I upload my own photos and galleries?
Absolutely. Your subscription comes with one gallery of up to 100 images. We recommend keeping it fresh and featuring a range of your recent weddings and events, since a strong gallery makes a real difference in how couples perceive your brand. If you'd like more space, additional galleries are available.
Can I include client testimonials?
Yes, and we highly recommend it. There's a dedicated testimonials section on your profile, and couples love seeing real feedback from past clients. It builds trust and helps you stand out.
Setting Up & Managing Your Profile
I just signed up. What should I do first?
- Select your location and services first. Without these, you won't appear in the Vendor Directory.
- Upload your strongest gallery images. First impressions matter, so lead with your best work.
- Write a compelling bio that tells couples who you are and what makes you special.
- Add client testimonials. Social proof is everything.
- Double-check that your contact info and website link are current.
How long until my profile goes live?
Once you've signed up and completed your profile details, it takes about 24 hours for your listing to run through our system and appear in the directory. The same 24-hour window applies any time you make changes.
How do I update my profile?
Log in to your vendor dashboard at stylemepretty.com, where you can update your gallery, testimonials, contact info, and location anytime. If you'd like a hand optimizing your profile, we're always happy to walk you through it.
Can I change my listing location?
Yes. You can update your primary location through your vendor dashboard anytime. Your subscription includes one location, and you can purchase additional locations if you'd like to expand your reach.

How is Style Me Pretty different from other directories?

Can I submit my work to be featured editorially?
Anyone is welcome to submit a wedding for our Editorial Team to review, and one of the perks of your subscription is 3 Quick Submits a year, a faster way to get your wedding in front of our editors.
Billing & Cancellation
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, all subscriptions auto-renew. You'll receive renewal reminder emails before your renewal date, so you always know what's coming. If you'd prefer to stop renewing, that's a cancellation; just let us know.
How do I cancel?
Reach out and we'll take care of it. Here's how it works:
- Within 10 days of creation or renewal: Full refund, canceled immediately.
- Older than 10 days: Your profile stays active through the end of your current term, auto-renew is turned off, and you won't be charged again.
If a refund is issued, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.

What's the difference between a Vendor Profile and the Little Black Book?
The Vendor Profile is our open-to-all subscription. It gets you a listing on Style Me Pretty and in our Vendor Directory, one location, one gallery, and 3 Quick Submits. The Little Black Book is an additional marketing funnel designed to promote your business to luxury couples and vendors, with exclusive benefits like social perks (Instagram Stories, Grid posts, and collaboration opportunities), Pinterest access, priority on submissions, and warm leads.
Can I upgrade to the Little Black Book?

Is the Little Black Book invite-only?
The Little Black Book does have a selection process. Our committee reviews vendors based on quality of work, professionalism, and fit with our community. If you've received an invitation, it means we've seen your work and believe you'd be an incredible addition.
